NOT DEAD YET!
Things have been a little quiet as of late, work has been pretty busy. However we're a few bugs away from a 0.1 release!

A date has been set for Zabcon 0.1 Wednesday April 14. Hopefully the milestone can be reached in three days!

A Ruby Forge project was created for the API library. The link is here: http://rubyforge.org/projects/zabbixapi/. Eventually this will allow for the API library to be published via Ruby Forge and thus downloadable through the Gem installer.
WED 27JAN2010
Work has begun to update the API library to the new version 1.1 interface. All functions have been modified to require version 1.1 or higher. These changes began in r136.
Wed 30DEC2009
Things have been a little slow over the last few weeks due to a recent move. The move entailed packing up all of my belongings, placing them on a truck and then leaving the country for a week. Then returning to wait for the truck for a week, and then begin the process of unpacking and getting my development environment setup again. So long story short, there should be some progress made on the Zabbix API libraries soon!

It only took them 1.5 weeks... As Master Yoda would say "Slow on the uptake, they are." I will see about keeping ticket submissions open to the public for now as I'm looking at some Spam solutions.
